hey just want to know if its needed to get adjustable rear toe arms and traction arms if i change the rear camber arms to adjustable?
want the car to go low but not slammed slammed

i wanted to know because if i adjust the camber wouldn't the toe and other rods change?
so i wanted to know

Yes camber effects toe so get toe arms and as for traction rods here's my theory. When you slam your car you obviously get adjustable rear upper camber arms to bring your camber back into spec. Now what happens is when you elongate the arm soo much it creates bump steer, by using traction rods you can equally distribute both arms lengths to eliminate this. While you're there I'd change it, plus there stronger that stock.

I am also interested in this subject! Excuse the stupid question but define slammed. Say my drop is not too low. Currently, I have a slight gap (about 10mm gap) between the tire and the wheel well in the rear with 275/35/18. Is that low enough to need Toe arms and traction rods? I know that height will definetly force RUCAS but what about the other two adjustable arms? BTW I own a s14.

Check your alignment at a shop, if they can't bring it to spec using the oem eccentrics then you need rods, and if you are running rucas then I would recommend traction rods. Honestly if your at this point when your replacing the two i'd do em all, it can't do anything but help. Once you lower the car the ENTIRE suspension goemetry changes and you're gonna need alot to fix it. Trust me there's enough info on suspension that would make your head spin three times sideways.
