AE86 Throttle Cable/S13

i need some help to where i can't find a AE86 throttle cable i currently have a S14 KA in the AE but the S14 throttle cable didn't work. does anyone know any tips on this.. thanks a lot

Not sure if it is the same but I have an S14 SR20DET in mine and I just shaved down the lead fisheye on the stock AE throttle cable and cut/modified the bracket. Works great

i was told i needed the GTS cable but m what do you mean shave down the lead fisheye ?

Not sure. The fisheye is that part that connects to the actual butterfly wheel on the throttle body, the end of the throttle cable. AE one is too large for the throttle body so I shaved it down

i have the same gap u have between the bumper and the hood , did u make a bracket to close the hood down ? just asking

The OEM bracket that bolts from the middle of the lower rad support to the upper support behind the hood latch is what I used before my intercooler. Don't drive without it, it will work but your hood will start to bounce/move too much and it will rip the spot welds out and tear the metal, I found out the hard way .

If you don't have it the only other alternatives are making your own or hood pins.
