aluminum subframe spacer advice

I installed some aluminum subframe spacers yesterday. FYI: when people say these are noisy, they aren't f**king around. For a daily driver like mine, i would highly recommend the polyurethane spacers over the aluminum ones.

Live and learn i guess, if it ends up bugging me enough, it's not too hard to swap them out for pineapples anyway.

thats what you get for installing race car parts on a street car .. stiffer is allways going to be noisier.. now the urethane ones have their own downfall ... instead of road noise .. after a few months they start squeeking
