Any advice on body damage?

it will cost you as much if not more as side skirts as it would to fix that back to stock. as long as there is no bare metal exposed i would just get skirts man and save your self the trouble. if not. then you could take either another parts car and cut that part out and weld it onto there and then bondo paint sanding all that stuff.
Being a fabricator and doing a little body work myself id have to agree with devil man. I would get another piece from a donor car and weld it in, body filler, sand, prime, and paint. It might be cheaper for a body shop to pull it out roughly and go over the area with filler but with the piece being so low to the ground and out of the line of sight I personally think replacing the piece is a better fix.
side skirts are super easy. do it, save the trouble. its a 240.

Replacing the entire lower section would be a better fix I think. You would only have to fare in 2ft of bondo instead of 6. Not to mention trying to pull out and level all those points with a stud gun.
sideskirts....... i had some damage to my 1\4 panel and it would have been much faster to install rear over fenders.

if you want your car to look like a porcipine then bust out that one of those stud gun things that you have to weld to the car... im telling you either cut that off another car to replace.. or get skirts. i would look at this for an oppertunity to give yourself and excuse to buy skirts.
