it has been six years since 9/11. just wanted to remind people how lucky they are right now. a lot of innocent people lost their lives, family members, loved ones. all in one fell swoop. whatever god you may believe in, say a prayer for those who were never found, those who never made it out alive, for those firefighters and cops who went above and beyond and risked and gave their own lives. like they used to say... we'll never forget.
 
The victim count rises daily as well b/c of the dust and fumes inhaled by the "survivors" near ground zero.
 
yeah i know. i was living right by ground zero. there are still people being poisoned. kind of like the gulf war, they walk away grateful for their lives, and are dying faster then they expected.
 
very sad day for many ppl, its also sad for the men and women over seas and their families, i still cant believe its been 6 years it doesnt feel that way
 
to all that fell on 9/11.....RIP, you have all my blessings and prayers to all family members, officials and many more.....

And one major blessing and prayer to you Rea.....I love you!
 
i know it feels as though they all were only sent there recently. i lost a very very good friend of mine i grew up with, sgt. first class charles webb. aka chuckie, he was only 22 when he was killed by shrapnel through the skull. so many people die at the hands of mr. bush. but that is not something i am getting into on here. i am a republican and i am ashamed of who our president is.
 
tony hush. lol. you are the one whom i would not want to speak politics too. haha. not saying one damn thing bad about you i promise. its just interesting seeing some of the things you say. i like knowing people use words most do not even know the definition to.
 
Blessing and prayers to all of those who lost someone on that day, it was a sad time for this country and an eact that affected an entire nation within the blink of an eye. and to those overseas, may they come back in one piece. (jason martinez & david agugua)<--people i pray for all the time

I will stay quiet and fwiw, my stance on the war in Iraq is anything but supportive. I'm sorry for your friend.
 
dont support the war just support the troops...but back on topic

9/11 was a very sad day in U.S. history. Probably one of the worst alot of people lost there lives and alot of property was destroyed (even though the buildings and business can always be rebuilt, people cant)
 
I was in awww sitting in class watching the second airliner hit the building. It's a sad thing that out of these 3k people that unfortunately lost their lives in this tragedy, we retaliate by dropping bombs on poor innocent women and children in Iraq ( shock and awww campaign ). After all the time we have spent trying to fight for whats right and just. I feel more confused and embarrased of what my country is doing, we have alot of cleanup to do...
My heart goes out to all those who lost their lives or knows someone who has.

same thing i was in class and saw the 2nd plane hit
 
i was at lunch and the parents started to come get all their kids at once...we all thought it was a big fght by the office because they hurried everyone into class and cut our lunch short. then they told us what happened, but the TV's were blacked out so we couldnt see the news until my dad picked me up and i got home.

horrible day in history for sure. I hope all the troops come home safe and sound, especially since there is no reason to eve be fighting in Iraq. My best friend Tyne will be going to Korea in a few months, then either Iraq or Afghanistan.

Let's all hope this doesn't become another Vietnam

It is already another Vietnam, Korea, Somalia. A national Army can not combat Gurreilla Warfare waged by individuals. When in History has a national Army Defeated Individuals defending their land? The conflict doesnt end till the invader leaves.

Yeah I was against this war from the very first mention of it. My Roomates Best friend died in Iraq about 7 months back.

Now they want to attack Iran, They are all set all the targets have been prioritized. They are just waiting for the order to launch 1200+ cruise missiles at Iran. A country whose only fault is they want a Nuclear weapon because they Know when they have one we wont mess with them anymore.

^ Pakistan is where Osama bin ladin is supposedly hiding they support state sponsored terrorism against India and they have Nuclear weapons do we mess with them No they are our ally.

I mean really Russia Had More nukes than we did and did we attack them no it would have been sucicide for both of US. But with Iran we can still fuck with them impose sanctions and embargoes and hell attack them until they can create a nuke.

They dont want Iran to have any power at all. Because that means we have just alittle bit less of it. And for the Empire of the USA that can't be tolerated.
