Camber Plates Question?

I need help setting my camber plates for my s13, but dont really get the settings....


Whats a good setting for street, and a good setting for track?

And If someone can explain the actual settings that would be great also.

Full negative or bust. For serious. And no, you won't get inside tire wear from camber unless you drive like a complete pussy. Toe kills tires, not camber.
