Car Not idling correctly or passing 4k rpms

S14 sr20det idling below 1000 rpms almost about to cutoff and when driven it wont pass 3-4k RPMs and wants to cutoff when stopping...

And to change throttle at idle there are two adjustment bolts on the throttle cable by the intake manifold
 
i think s13 sr maf is the same one as the s14 ..if so.. i have one. u can check if is ur maf bad..if so you buy it from me for $20 buks . $30 if i have to go to ur house and help u with that

speaking of mafs, i still have the ka one, its in my car, remind me to give it to you when we switch fuel pumps this week

My Sr didn't have the screw that stops the throttle body piece from spinning all the way closed so I just adjusted the line. Same thing.....I just gave the advice that worked for me
