Car not running over 2000RPM when hot??

Hey guys im new to the SR nissan stuff and i was wondering if i could get any ideas or inputs in what could be the cause of my problem, my car will run perfectly most of the times, but sometimes when is being run hard or revved much (possibly when hot) it will not run over 2000 Rpm if i try to accelerate more it wont go over the 2000 rpm, it runs rich when it does that. and my plugs will get carbon heavily, i have change them 4 times already and it keeps doing it when driven hard for a while. any idea what it could be ? the specs of the car is

S14 SR20DET with front intercooler, e-boost controller, turbo timer, intake, nismo Fpr, and i run it on 5 pounds only. i have also a APEXi NEO that has been street tune from AERO K.

so anything i should look into ?

it COULD be the MAF. mine was acting up on me one time and it wouldnt pass 3K rpm

MAF or ECU. Check the NEO. Set the NEO to factory specs. What I mean is set it so it is not changing anything. Run it of the factory ECU and see if that helps.

mm sorry xpcgamer but how you set the neo on factory specs :O? i'll change the MAF and see if that is the problem thnx!!

^^ most likely its ur maf locko, the sensor could be going bad so it acts up when the motor is under pressure. i had the same issue but mine was the power wire was bad, and at times the car wouldn't pass 2500 rpm, check the MAF plug, and try changing out the MAF with another one.
