cluster wont shut off after ign is off i checked the ignition switch nothing worng with so any one could help me out

ehh the same thing happens to me somtimes, the way i get it off completely is turning the car back on and turning it off. i have no clue either

funny shit is when i take the meter fuse off .then the cluster turns off .plug it back in turn the car on turn it off same shit happens agin i was thinking about puting a on and off switch on the fuse what u think

trace the wires and look for a short

it sounds like the relay that give the meter circuit power has gotten wet ie.stuck on..look for that relay and check it for water damage...like rust underplastic cover

happened to my old car, it was the ignition switch. replaced it and it went away. good luck

well if it stays on even after you unplug the ignition then it sounds like a stuck relay. find the relay that powers the gauge. if you have another relay that is of the same type for something else do a quick check and switch them then see if it stays on after you turn it off.

same happens to my vert.. the egi relay starts to vibrate and i take it off and put a new one on and it dose the same. so i just took off the fuse..
