clutch?

so i got my 240 for 350$ and have been working on it slowly but surely and today ran into the problem of the clutch pedal not holding pressure with in the past week ive replace the slave and the master and have blead the lines and such and the pedal just will not hold pressure its either all the way to the floor or all the way up... any suggestions on what this would be:confused:
 
Did you replace the Clutch master cyl And the Clutch slave? Also look into bypassing the Clutch dampener box, it makes bleeding the clutch a Biatch, after you bypass it, you should be able to bleed it in like 5-10mins max.
