So I have to replace a hose under the intake mani in wich i think involves removing the manifold.. Anyone have the torque spec for the intake mani? also my motor was rebuilt like 5k ago so you think reusing the gasket will be ok?
Me personaly, I would replace it, but if you can remove the manifold wthout damageing the gasket Its possible to reuse, but the gaskets not expensive just replace it lol
I think the fsm says 16 to 19 lbs but I could be mistaken, and make sure you loosen/ tighten all bolts evenly.. when I did my intake mani, I just made sure they when nice and evenly tight but not too crazy tight where you can snap it,
