my girl just got her car repoed but i had alot of stuff i owned in the car does anyone know if things that do not belong to the owner can it be piked up from the car:confused::confused:
 
Do you know what city it was in when it got repoed because I just heard a call come over the radio for assistance to repo

You just have to find out where the car is. They only wan't the car, not the stuff in it. Should have went there and got your shit.

when i did they called the cops and tried to have me arrested the fuckin cops wouldn't let me get my shit :(

You obviously did something wrong because you can most definatley get your shit back. I work at a dealership and people come in all the time to get their shit out of the cars.

I've been here for a while and I was going to try and help some if it was the car we just had repoed in our city. I'm not one of those jackass state troopers who are bred to think they are better than any other department but have the lowest salary out of any police department in the nation. I work for the police department and I am into drifting(have a 240 with an rb20) and so are a lot of officers at my police department, so we have a tendency to let people with modded RWD cars do what they wish minus reckless driving/street racing in rush hour traffic.

Not all cops are out to arrest everyone they see....................just most of them:laugh::laugh::laugh:

yep i have a friend that his SUV got repo and he went camly and ask for his objects back and they let him go inside and take it.. he even took the K& N air filter that was installed in the suv lol :) .. legally you can ... but just go with a cool attitude and you should be able to work it out.. if not call the police to the scene and they will help you get the stuff :cool: right donut ?

Yes to your 1st question and I'm going to be working in miramar soon I have to take a college class, CJBAT, Agility, Psych, Poly, then the meeting with the cheif and I'll be going there(busy ass department in all honesty on the weekends they usually don't have time to pull people over down there wayyyyyy to much crime to be doing bullshit like that.
