custom s13 body harness

Alright! my body harness is shit and im tired of messing with it. the only thing that works is the rpm gauge. and ignition. im tired of it and i want to build a new harness.

1st. i already searched and i can find all the complicated ass lines on a paper with all the shit i dont need. im not a wiring guru and i think this is easier lol.

2nd. what kind of universal harnesses do u guys recommend? like ezwiring or painless or what? when i look at those they all say for old muscle cars, or "non electric fuel injection".

3rd. i want a fuse/relay panel inside the car for easy access.

so can some one just name the circuits i need
i have a digital cluster, power windows, no abs, no ac, no radio, fans are done already, no electric seat belts, engine wiring is good.

the circuits i know of would be
fuel pump
reverse lights
headlights
brake lights
blinkers
gauge cluster
wipers
ignition
power windows
and the connection to the ecu?


also which relays will i need?

if anyone wants to come to orlando or is in orlando and wants to help for a fee or maybe a parts trade lmk.. everyone i know is gay and doesnt want to help lol.
