Book: "How to Drift: The Art of Oversteer"

OK, the book's title sounds lame, but i just got this one in from Amazon.com today and it's actually pretty damn good. Not too sure about the drifting instructional part but the car build up stuff is some tight shit. Large, clear pics of various stuff on the 240. Talks about bushing installs, LSD installs, clutch... the whole package. Other cars are talked about here too, but the build up and swap is specific to the S13 chassis.

Also picked up "Drifting: Sideways from Japan to America". Another good book, more of a coffee table type thing with lot's of pics.

yea that second book ive seen at borders... seems like a good picture flip thru book
 
lol if you need a book to tell you how to drift idk if you should be drifting.. now racing books are badass and learn you good stuff

I think it's more of a picture book and a general description of the drifting "culture"...atleast that's what I have been told...
 
the first book "HOW TO DRIFT" cover the basic techniques used in drifting and some more tech stuff, good book tho.

the second "DRIFTING: SIDEWAYS FROM JAPAN TO AMERICA" is a book that covers the history, grouth and culture of drifting. It has D1 Japan, Formula D U.S. and grassroot events from both coutries by Antonio Alvendia author and photografer for the book. he also covers some of the main techniques used in drifting, this book is great!!!
I got my copy... actualy Jose Gonzalez and I are mentioned in the book.

SOLO7 was mentioned at a drift event in California not in the book, and that happend looooong time ago... like the team.

LOL I love ur coments bro, but yea we need to get the tandem thing on again and we need Dan with the new ride so we can keep the uniform... ATTAK OF DA SILVIAS!!!!!
