dumb question, best way to ship a bumper?

so i'm selling my stock front bumper to some dude in cali, whats the best way to ship it? and which shipping company is the cheapest for stuff that big and light?

and they give insurance to

 

[HI-BOOST]

as unusual as it sounds greyhound is the best for this. I do think it takes longer then with any other carriers
