ENGINE TURNs BUT NADA!!!

the engine turns but it wont start. i unpluged the cable that runs from the ignition coil to the center of the distributor cap and its not getting spark. what could it be????
 
im in the same boat as you.... im getting fuel.. checked the fuel filter pulled it off... shook it up and poured it out bitch looked BRAND NEW!... i left the top off of my fuel filter turned on key and fuel GUSHED out so im getting fuel just NO SPARK!! it cracks and cranks tries to grab but nothing happends.

yea its one of those things, but you dont know how to test them. neither do I because I dont know if this is an engine to a kia, ford, Chevrolet, subaru, toyota.
 
its a kade. my car finally started but the wierd thing is i didn't do anything. it just started right up but when i pass 3,000 rpms the engine startes to bog out. what could it be. and after like 45 min of driving the car, the bogging gets closer. first 3,000 and then 2,500 and then 2,000 untill i can't even accelarate but when i turn the car off and then turn it on after a few hours it rides normal but after a while continues. any suggestions. ???????
 
well dude im still a no go... ive gotten a new coil, Dizzy, Cap and rotor, Spark Plugs, ive set the timing about 209182049283-048293 times lol... its weird... i set the timing first time... when i did it the first time.... my car ran but bogged.
 
did u guys check trouble codes?
im having a similar problem and im getting code 21
which is :ignition primary circuit
i took off my msd 6a
and am running a blaster 2 coil wit ballast resitor
in stock applications u must check all conn.
u need a test light and multimeter
 
ok my car is FIXED... my dizzy was shot... make sure your dizzy is fine... i pulled mine out replaced it with a friends spare dizzy set timing on the car... and BAM car starts! so CHECK THE DIZZY...
