Fresh ideas anyone? I have no boost

i have an sr20, sidemount with oe pipes. stock turbo replica (ebay like in quality).

atm i get 0 boost. in neutral, under load, in the driveway or on the highway, nothing. i hear no blow off. i feel no boost. my car feels like a kia now.

It wasn't always like this, she drove fine all last week. Monday night i got on the 826 home and i had boost then. about a mile before my exit i hear a loud burping noise. i stomp the gas and no boost. slow acceleration. i figure its loose intercooler piping.

i limp home and open the hood. i check all the pipes, nothing is loose. spray soapy water everywhere. no bubbles. check all the vacuum lines, all tight. i don't have a vacuum gauge, just a boost gauge but everything is tight. there is no visible smoke coming out of my exhaust, well nothing significant indicating water or oil burning/evaporating.

also, the engine idles kinda high around 1k rpm. it doesn't surge, but a warm up of 1200 rpm down to 1k isn't normal either. it wasn't doing that before.

so basically, i want to know if ya'll think its simply a blown turbo? what could cause a turbo not to work at all? last time i blew a turbo, i still got some boost and a smoke screen. also, what could cause my high idle? i know how to adjust it but it wasn't a problem before, and i don't want to adjust the iac if theres a problem elsewhere...

any help would be appreciated

I blew the bearing in my 2871 top mount set-up, and thats exactly how it felt. I was cruisin around the high line of the bank at OSW, and about half way through the corner the car just fell off the bank and straightened up. Did a pull down the back straight, and it built 1 psi when it should have built 20+psi. Turbo was straight done for.

and you didn't get smoke out of your exhaust right? is it likely that that would happen on a journal bearing turbo also?

check your blow off valve.. maybe stuck in open happened to me

i'm thinkin take it apart and move it around? would pb blaster help at all? how would i check without taking it apart?

thanks ya'll
