Fried harness

Ok so i pulled the engine out of my 89 s13 to paint the engine bay after it was done n back on the road it only lasted bout 3 days before the lower harness from the passenger side fuse box fried i figured it was a ground issue cuz i kinda slacked n didnt sand down the paint were it needed to be grounded so i did that and sent the harness to my buddies shop n had it redone. After putin it back on the car still wont start ive checked the fuses n relays n they are all fine. I realized that the harness was still geting hot like if it wanted to melt again i noticed that the negative cable to the battery wasnt grounded ryte either so i fixed that and the harness is no longer getn hot but now the positive cable is getn hot and so is the starter, im thinking my starter solenoid must have gone bad when the harness fried but idk ive been fighting with it for weeks now. Im also guna try n post up a video of how it sounds when i try to start it soon. Any suggestions ? PLEASE ?

yea... your disposition base on the lack of participation of the members on this forum is childish to say the least.

If I'm not sure about a mechanical problem I rather keep my mouth shut than give u bad advice, specially when its electrical. maybe some members feel the same.

sorry this happened to u but typing "fuuuuuck this forum" words for something the forum did not caused is wrong. keep the post up tho, maybe some1 might know something... GL
