Fuse Buzzing Noise !!!!!!

I was taking out the trash tonight, just happend to walk past my car and heard a buzzing..... thought it was the street light, on my way back i thought let me just check... and sure enough it was coming from my car !!!

long story short it is one of the big green fuses. i cant figure out why it is buzzing !!!!!! i took it out and put it back in and no noise...

i turn key on and then turn it off and theres the buzzing again WTF, so i turn my power switch off and then on, no noise with it on, but i do the key on and off thing and soon as i turn key off its buzzing again...

so after playing with the fuses and making sure there all in nice and snug i do the key on off sh** and now there is no buzzing... i dont want to leave my power switch on afraid of my sh** catching on fire.

anybody have any ideas or experience with this ???? please help

im pretty sure its a relay NOT a fuse

BUT WHY IS IT BUZZING !!!!! and thanks for the input

its buzzing cause its bad lol, the contacts inside the relay are sticking or thers a short in the circuit

not with my car tho..........

aright thanks yo, its not doing it any more but im gona change out the relay cause i just dont trust it.
