Ok, planned to buy a set of cams off this guy. My friend picked them up with no issues, I got them sight unseen and wasnt too pleased with them. Got back to Rafael with no issues and was able to return the cams w/o a problem.
Good guy, the transaction started off on the wrong foot but ended well. Rafael is a good guy and a stand up character, would definitely do business with him and he's a cool guy as well!
