Anyone here have experience with having their car fixed through Progressive auto insurance? Got into a fender-bender and the other driver was at fault. Adjuster will be calling me on Monday, but idk wtf to do. Friend that's been in a similar accident tells me I can either take a check from an estimate and take it somewhere (ideal, since I wouldn't stick with the '95 spec), or have them look for a place and repair it through their 'concierge service'

You may want to shop around and compare the prices and service of different repair facilities. What should you look for?
Guarantees - Does the facility stand behind their work?
Timing - How long will the repairs take?
Cost - Can they fix your vehicle for the amount listed in your estimate?
Quality - Will you get what you paid for?
