heat sheild for topmount

i made a heat sheild for my bmc the other day.
i checked the temps on the bmc afte driving the car for about an hour. an the temp on the bmc is about 250, is that good.
the turbo was about 550.

will the heat sheild be good enough or should i get a turbo blanket?
 
i have a topmount setup and i melted my bmc before so i made a sheild out of a one way sign did some cut and made a bracket and it works really really good
and you can also get the gold heat tape and that will make it better also

i love ur ka :) i wana build a nice ka-t out of my hydrolocked motor, if u ever got a spare moment to send me a pm and lemme kno wat kind of parts u used, im kinda new to motors never even opened one up but ima take the ka out of my hatch and get a nice little stand and rebuild it...
