Ya, they wouldn't announce a track in the schedule without locking in a contract between the two, I wasn't allowed to say really anything until XDC sent the contract back to us.

But then again, anything can happen.

bro, you are talking about two completely, COMPLETELY different things here. D1 USA was some bullshit production company that hired people to do it for them. It was just a strange Sketchy deal, and had NOTHING to do with D1 Japan other than the fact that the production company bought the name.

Formula D is a well established organization and doesnt bullshit around because they dont want their name tarnished.

The only thing that will make this not happen is if PBIR backs out (Doubt they will cause FD has ALOT of money) or something with FD goes terribly wrong.

It will happen. People from pbir has been negotiating with fd since they redid the track. Only ? is if there will be broam or not.
