I want to get rid of the Clutch fan

Pepboys, Discount, AutoZone etc... You can use any of them. I bought mine on Ebay for $14. Ive had it for over a year now with no cooling problems what so ever. Super quiet btw.

i just re wire the a/c electric fan and it works fine for me never gets hotter than it normally ran but i would suggest and extra fan too but this way is cheaper and it works

altima dual electrics or taurus sho fan. only like 60 bucks...

can you really feel the throttle response difference and is it really more quiet and less trucky? i havent done it yet

yes you feel the difference in the way the car revs cause its revin more freely and yes it doesnt sound like theres a blow dryer under the hood anymore

hey thanx alot guys i took the ac off too if anyone whats a a\c compressor i got one for ya. free damn and i need help i cant get the damn top timing chain comper back on its killing me anyone iwht some helpplease

I gotta bring this thread back up for one question. I'm looking into removing my clucth fan too, but if I use the a/c fan, does that mean I have to sacrifice a/c? Because my a/c works fine and I would like to keep it. Or is it a better option to get an 14' inch after market fan?

I dono, me and Dan were having a conversation regarding clutch and E fans. Dan left the E fan in what is now my car and i have to say i am really impressed with its performance. The motor stays COLD. Seriously, the way the needle is when your car is off is how it stays when driving. At first I thought it was broken until i drifted the car for an hour with Josh. And then it only went up a quarter of the way. I <3 my clutch fan.

i just use the a/c fan it comes with i never had a problem and its free all u need is a piece of wire like 12" long and your done :bigthumbu

The Clutch fan its better. But if you want to change it be my guest. run it to the red wire on the Windshield wiper motor, that wire gets power when the key is turned to ACC. also use relays one for each fan if you have two.

My coupe ran colder with the clutch fan.... I put an e-fan in there because I was given one and the car always ran at the 1/2 way mark.... not very satisfying.
