internet problems anyone???

anybody experienced them... i didnt have internet last night and a bunch of people from my school didnt either. i was wondering if you guys heard anything or experienced any problems/slow-downs...right now my internet is down but im stealing from my neighbors cuz they have comcast....shhhhh
 
i still got no internet.. I have a friend whos mom works for bellshouth and she told me that her mom said there was like a problem going on or something...im pissed yo i got the slowest internet now..
 
yeah I noticed that the Bellsouth servic eat my GF's house was slow as poop and some pages didnt load so I said F' it and started working on the cars....
 
Our Bellsouth DSL was completely down last night.....

I had internet all night nice and swift connection too. I have Comcast. I guess it depends on your area.
 
oh shit i thought it was just my comp last nite ... nothing was loading so mad i was like stupid gay connection and comp .. but im not alone but im bak to normal .. i hate dsl
 
I knew it. Yea bro, i was searching the forums last night and it was the slowest shit ever!
OMG, i felt like i was using dial-up again!! it was bad, but i noticed it was a problem once i went to my friends house and it was happening to his internet as well and my other friend. So this was a widespread problem.

The fix for it was that i would get the address in the URL and just press enter and try to load X 5-10 times. Eventually it loaded and it surfed the pages fast for like 4 minutes and then u'd have to repeat the process.

It was a bad night to help my friend by a car online that night lol.
 
yea but idk why i still have no internet...i have a laptop and a desktop...my dsl router says i have internet and my wireless router is hooked up and everything but when i search for connections on my laptop i dont see my name....and the desktop doesnt have internet either...im getting really pissed off!!!
 
Power cycle your modem and once its completely done w/ its start-up sequence, do the same to your router. Once it finishes, restart your puter. Then try.
