tomei dosnt make rocker arms.
You need to change the lifters (obviously) , and you can change the cam if you wish, you can run a hydraulic cam with solids as well ( i have) but it is not recomended due to the ramp up rates on the cam lobe ( all this will cause is a little bit of valve train noise, nothing bad).
However the thing you need to remember is that to do solids your changing the height of the rocker arm which directly affects valve lash. With the stock hydraulic setup the lifeter keeps the rocker on the cam at all times and all the valve shims do is keep the rocker level. Bear in mind every valve shim on every valve is different with the exceptions of the guide shims that are all the same.
The hardest part of going solid is that all the valves have to be reshimmed as the shims now are what keep the rocker on the cam since the lifter is stationary also the shims still have to worry about keeping the rocker level as well. Also you will almost surely need to get all new valve shims because they will be different heights. This is very difficult to do and the hardest part of going solid
