Mt90 Gl-5 trans fluid SR20DET

Hey guise...

I am getting a new tranny (well used but in good working condition) and I was reading up online trying to figure out what gear oil to run? Some are saying MT90 others are saying GL-4...I went ahead and bought redline MT90-75 says it was recommended for GL-5 transmissions. What some of you SR guys running?

if you beat the hell out of the tranny like me use shockproof if you just drive and race a little than use the mt90 it shifts well and is great but doesnt take shock very good
