Need for Speed:Carbon

I got the game it's fun and all but I was wondering could the Dodge Challenger handle as well as an Evo?

I have a Game Informer mag showing the Challenger in front of the Evo in a corner, I thought it was funny. Months later when the game is out the front cover of the game has the Evo in front of the Challenger, in the special edition front cover the Evo is shown on top of the mountain alone. But in the PSP NFS front cover t

When I start the game the intro shows the Evo chasing the Challenger on a downhill ending with the Evo not being able to keep up falling off the mountain

Besides that the stats for the game is wierd. The best handling cars are the Supra, Sti, 350Z, Evo, and GTR. The game seems to remind me of Tokyo Drift, race in the city and settle it in the moutain.

It's a street racing game, so it doesn't even matter to me who falls off a mountain. It's about the driver, not the car, am I not right? There is a thread on this game already in a more appropriate section.

domestics have way too much body roll... atleast in stock form... if your allready unlocking the evo and challenger your near the end of the game... i stick w/ imports because they have better handling than the other two classes, domestics make more power but sacrifice handling, and exotics accel in acceleration and have midway handling and top end if im not mistaken... stick w/ the evo, then again i raped everyone w/ the classic R34 Skyline wich happens to be my personal favorite.

+1...to tell you the truth the only 2 tuners are worth it are the GT-R and EVO. The 350z and Supra are cows. The gallardo is the best exotic in handling in TEIR 3. The Shelby is the best muscle car.

Ehhh, you know more than i do when it comes to that... Only domestic i had was the vett wich has toooooooo much body roll in stock form, and after upgrading the suspension on it to try to rape the galardo in the canyon run i noticed that it seemed to run slower than befor. I like sticking w/ imports. Thinking of starting a new game but not sure wether to take the domestics to try to improve my handling in the game or the exotics just because i've never been fond of older muscle cars.

Well I drive the STi but I'm on the last boss. Canyon run was simple. BUT I still can't be the race after the canyon... Btw how many more races (For the last boss) are there after canyon and regular street race?

last boss? well 1st you take on the 3 previos bosses again (tuner, muscle, exotic @ once) in both street and canyon. Immediately after you beat'em you face the final boss in street and then canyon and that's it. I've beat the game 2x w/ tuber and exotic. I haven't tried w/ muscle which should prove to be a real challenge.

The one that helped me out the best was Samson....a lot faster than Neville so he'd alwayz be right w/ my and not fall all the way back like Neville does. For speed traps I used the chik w/ the Ford GT which was great if you couldn't get the slipstream off her she'd always be the one w/ the highest topspeed. Scouts are only good for ppl beginning the game that don't know shortcuts and that's about it. For the last boss I'd suggest a GT-R if you're a tuner and a Gallardo if you're an exotic. GT-R becuz it's the fastest tuner and handles the best. Gallardo becuz it's nimble and out handles just about anything and you're gonna need a lot of handling w/ the last boss.

ehhh, GT-R ftw. I managed to beat his ass just by taking the short cuts. He takes alot of them so you just spool and spray. Anyone tune their cars to different settings such as spool rates or brake bias? Anyone really notice a difference?
