Need help on RB20

Hey guys ive been trying to get this thing running for a while and got it started with starting fluid.. l0l.. It will only start with it.. now it stays on but when i give it gas it doesnt do anything untilI let go it ides up by itself? I checked for fuel and all my injectors are fireing. Any one had this trouble before??Any shops here that would fix my car? Heres a video I just took but you cant really see nothing.

def check timimg and vacuum leaks

oh and put that top cam cover on! u drop something down there, ur timing belt will be no more!
 
Ok guys I did the timing set to 15 but the car idles on its own so it wouldnt let me set it right. I know its close and it idles better on its own but itwont go past 2600rpms?
 
found couple of vacuums leakes and runs a lil better but still idles on its on but won't past 2200rpms?? If someone could please help me!! I would pay u the gas and more to fix!!
