NEED HELP PLEASE Car idle, and power??

Ok guys im having a problem with el carro, it a 89 nissan 240 with a 92 ka.
My problems have been occuring for awhile now, lets cut to the chase, car is having really bad idling problems its just dancing up and down, and when driving the car is not making any power whats so ever i can literally step on it and it will feel like im still cruising. I recently changed the air filter cause the car came with a rusted ass one, also changed the fuel filter, spark plugs.

What im thinking its probably fuel pump?!, or maf?

thats something else thats had me thinking cause the idle is just bad, i turn on the car and it sounds like fuck my life by 600-down, i also checked the injectors.
 
sounds like the maf almost positive its that...check the connection to it...or hit u pull it less then 20 for one

If your having idling problems, check for vacuum leak. Does the car die at idle? For your power issue, check the tps. sounds like your car isnt responding to your throttle input, does the car ever get up to power? or does it always stay "cruising"
 
mine was doing that also check the ground thats right above the header(its like the last bolt up top there are like 2 wires there)
