Nick Bollea was arrested Wednesday on charges stemming from the Aug. 26 crash in Clearwater that left a passenger in his car critically injured.

Bollea is charged with reckless driving causing serious bodily injury. That charge is a 3rd-degree felony and carries a maximum sentence of five years in state prison. Bollea was charged as an adult.

Poor guy, stuck in the hospital for the rest of his life...Their will probably be someone saying..."awww, poor Nick he's so cool!". He got off easy, he's won't have a nurse wiping his ass for the next 60 years....
 
If the guy ever dies the charges can be bumped up to. :ugh:

Sucks, but I know of a good group of people that have died from racing/excess speed on public roads. Where he crashed is a nasty spot to be going very fast.
 
I'm glad he got charged, and I hope he serves the 5 years and doesn't turn into a Paris Hilton thing where he gets out randomly. He hurt someone and even if it was unintentional he still deserves to pay the consequences just like everyone else.
 
The drinking thing is such bullshit. .02, give me a break. But I'd like to know how he hit that median in the first place.

I read it on perezhilton this morning and he's updated a few times on this.
Something about him having alcohol in his system or something.

Honestly, we need to let this go.
Yes it's very unfortunate and I'm sorry if I come off as an asshole, but unfortunate things happen on a daily basis. So let's worry about our own lives, instead of Nicks.
I feel bad for his friend that is permanantly brain dead and will need assistance for the rest of his life.
 
He's a drifting celeb so if anyone should understand our interest, its the girl who reads perezhilton.

Damn when paris hilton went to jail i dint see any of her drama in here, when bill slapped mike, there was barely any fuzz in here, when bill won nopi and dan and tracy were crying like little girls you didnt see that drama in here... but if it is nick hogan drama, count on the drama.... fucking incredible..... get a life

Because paris hilton doesn't drift.

Bill slapping mike was pathetic and not worth talking about and ended as soon as the echo from the slap died.

There was a big argument about the NOPI decision but again, its over and nothing can become of it any longer.

Nick is a drifter. We are drifters. Nick's story is ongoing so updates only make sense.

I really don't see the problem.
 
Understand, that in FL you can get away with Murder with the right attorney... He's not gonna do Time just probation with a with-held with judication. have it all expunged. now..... Lawsuit will hurt him ALLOT
