ok my cars been making shitty mileage lately so i tested the o2 with a volt meter, it stays at a constant .3, it doesnt change wether cold, hot or modulating the throttle like it should, this was exactly what happened with the original o2 so i figured it was defective and went to claim my warranty, got the new one and it still reads .3, i wiggled the wire coming out of the harness and no change, if there was a break wouldnt it get no pwer at all? ima find the pinout on the ecu and check continuity between it and the o2 plug, is ther anything else i should look into? i have no idea what else to look at, maybe bad ecu idk
