Ouch how do I fix this?

What do you guy think about this hole. I have a boo boo! How can I fix this. I was on Courtesy Nissan for the panel. They have them , but no price. It is rite where the back seat bolts to the car. Can anyone point me in the rite direction? Can I just have a good welder put a piece of sheet metal in that spot?

if they sell the actual panel buy it and have it welded in(if its cost effective to buy the panel) other wise take it to a reputable shop and have them fab a good patch panel and call it a day
 
if u cant weld it or get some one too the next best thing would be to rivit it in and use body seam glue
 
welding deff wound like the way to go here just make sure you sand and use rust remover then paint on any rusted spots there to keep anything from spreading and causing more problems later. You be surprised how quick rust can spread under the carpet
 
wait thats an s13 right? where the hell is the subframe connectors that run thru there?
 
Well Nissan doesn't make that panel anymore. I have to try and find a good welder in my area. Shit I live in Cape Coral what am I thinking I will never find anyone. I am gonna take a trip this weekend to the junk yard and see if thee are any shells there that I may be able to cut that part out from.
