rear brakes sticking

my rear brakes worked fine, then i swapped my sub frame and ever since then when i park overnight and have ebrake on, the next day the brakes are locked
ill drive it for a bit and the brakes become unlocked

i dont understand why they are not working right now
the ebrake cable isnt binding or smashed or anything

also before the ebrake was really tight and locked the wheels good

now its loose and wont lock them at all

when the pads get too low they seem to do that ive seen it a couple of times
