S13 Ka-t idles good shuts off when given quick jab of gas

Hi guys me again... Ive gotten this far with all of your help so I decided to make this thread as detailed as possible.

1992 Nissan 240sx
1993 motor and tranny replaced 8 months ago
specs: Ka-T Emance Tuned Ecu, Z32 Maf, stock Purple Sr 370cc Injectors, Walbro Fuel Pump
Garrett t3/t4 Turbo, New NGk #4644 Spark Plugs, greddy bov, Turbonetics evolution wastegate.

The problem is the car when given gas fast it stalls or immediately shuts off. Idles good and when lightly given gas it will run. When I drive it the problem only occurs at stop or in 1st gear, once im moving she runs great. there is no smoke the car does not shake.. the spark plugs are fouling quickly though, all black not wet but I do smell faint gas smell every once in awhile.

What Ive checked: I checked the BOV for leaks, checked my tps, checks plugs and spark plugs... probably edit this later when I remember all the headaches of things I went through..

any help would be appreciated my last thread the car was smoking up and shaking rough all the help given has gotten me here so I know its gotta be something stupid.. thank you for taking the time to read 561-880-1155 Joe

I unplugged the maf and started it but it still shut off instantly when I jabbed the gas (it should run under 3k ok with maf right?)
 
How about you just sell it to me?

Seriously though make a video instead of trying to type all of this junkk..
 
without the maf it wont drive past 3k and wont drive under any load.. happened to me when my ic pipe blew off. lol

what the setup? vaccum lines removed? capped off? egr sealed? where are you pulling vaccum for the bov and wastegate?
 
CHECK IF U R GETTING 12V TO IACV WIRE ITS BLK/YELLOW AT THE F9 F10 PLUGS BY THE GAPPING HOLE AND UR BOV
DO U HAVE LEAKY INJECTOR ORINGS?
WATS UR FPR SET AT...

my FPR is set to 35, I also took the bov off and checked for leaks its shut at idle let me check the other things now.

i have not checked the injectors yet, but as in leaking you mean out of the system or over spraying within the system?
 
where is your vaccum source for the bov and wastegate?
do you still have your s13 upper intake manifold? did youtake out the butterflies?
do you hear a hiss?

Where does the vacuum from the wastegate go to
And where does the vacuum from the blowoff valve come from
 
im uploading the video now the vacuum to the blow off valve is connected to I believe the Iacv hose thats connected to the throttle cold side. also maybe this is my problem the waste gate has two hose nipples on it I have the turbo vacuum nipple connected to the wastegate nipple by hose, the other open nipple on the wastegate is open but doesnt blow or suck

EDIT: I do not hear a hiss I never touched the manifold, if this means anything I bought the motor and tranny from a running 240sx that I got to drive and it drove great, Only thing I did different was use my turbo setup and I put a emance and m own z32 maf.

try using one of the vaccum ports on the bottom of the throttle body for the bov.. tha should help and i think you found your problem with the iacv
 
I took my Iacv off to clean and it was all black the other day, cleaned it out and put it back on but my issue didnt get worse or better, also I dont have any vacuums on the bottom of my throttle there removed.
 
Waste gate has two vacuums ? If so the top goes after boost controller and side goes before the boost controller

Ok then see if you can tee off the brake booster or get a vaccum block.
 
I dont have a boost controller , springed at 10psi

EDIT: Block off the brake booster hose? tee off as in make a 3 way for hoses to connect?

the vacuum hose on the turbo im assuming needs to be connected to vacuum not the wastegate right?
