What happens if i use a 5speed ecu with an auto transmission in my s13 lmk

if u use a 5-speed ecu in a auto car the transmission will not know when to shift---so.............................. IT WONT WORK!

yep, it won't know when to shift properly. It will but it drive like crap. Been there done that. )
You can get those auto ecu's from the U Pull It pretty cheap man.
