s13 to s14 ka swap questions.......

to wire up an s13 with an s14 ka dohc the plug that comes off the sohc harness is right by the ecu right??? i just wanna make sure and were is that plug sopposed to be attached to the dohc harness..... is it located in the same spot.... i know they are color coated but do i have to cut one off the dohc harness to attach that sohc plug....jus need to clear it up.....

another thing does the drive shaft have to be unbolted or does it slide out....were is the easiest place to unbolt from????

and does the exhaust mani from the s14 dohc fit directly to the s13 exhaust pipin???

get bak wit some knowledge i heard this is were i can find it holla at ya boii
 
no you swap intake manifolds and mafs fron the s13 motor to the s14 motor and use the s13 wiring harness! for gods sake just search!!! its been covered here 1 million tymes!

u cant use the s14 wiring harneesin a s13 chassis! ones obd1/0 and the other is obd2!! SEARCH!!!!!!!!!
 
dont forget distributor...or u can rewire for internal coil for the sohc to dohc swap and regarding the cluster plug , i think its just matching up wires using the colors, iirc
 

First what year is your car?

Must use a S13 Harness.
You can run the S14 Dizzy with Internal Coil but you must begood with wiring to make it work. Or just make it eas and use the S13 DOHC Dizzy and External Coil
The Plug Inside the car must be color matched.
You can use the S14 Exhaust with a SR Downpipe.
Intake Manifold Swap is Optional
Disconnect the Drive Shaft from the diff.
