just wanted to share the process with the Nissan Community, undergoing the 8th day at the shop, waiting for this weekend. the car will have a custom made Audi Super White with a pearl clear. should be done this weekend as the major work was to reconstruct the windshield support as it was all rusted, i can proudly say that i own a rust free s14.. here are some pics of the process... i will keep a post on the process until its done.

exactley they also arnt using reducer in the primer or atleast not the correct one for the temp it is. its drying before it even hits the car

from what it seems to me its not leveling off correctly probably because the fan spray is to narrow and not enough reducer, and/or too much pressure in the gun

pretty much it looks like they are using a paint gun to prime when you need a primer gun. hell i do everything with a sata primer gun primer, paint, and clear

dude i can get better spray in the wind with a NY fat and a can of rusto. but hey i guess i have experience with uneven surfaces and spraying.

That is just the first coat of primer to start sanding down to prep for the paint, and yes, that was a paint gun not a primer gun, they know what they are doing as this shop is the collission repair for Audi, Porsche, lamborghini, and Mercedes Benz, I had a car painted there once and it came out better than the factory paint. My car had se major work to be done to it. So that was just the starting process. I trust their work, I've seen it before and it's pretty awesome and very detailed. I'm going today to get more shots...

Oh and forgot to mention tat all the work being done to the car is for free as I have goo friendship with the owner of the shop. All the work I valued at over 5000 dollars. Including roof repair, since I was all busted since I bought it, new windshield, removing all the rusty parts, and a one of a kind paintjob... It's all for free, so can't complaint.

Well apparently in that shop all they see is sutoparts spray cans cause if you do have a shop, you know how the process is and how everything is done when done the right way.
