Hi, i have an s14, and i want to install a 300zx n/a vlsd, question, is there any modification necessary?, the J30 axels will work to complete the swap?

you are correct.
alot of the times that ive seen r200 diffs with the front diff bushings(s14,z32na). The bushings are almost always shot to hell. Unless your diff is similar to a s13 diff with no front bushings a solid fit ; I would replace them before installation.
j30 axels. make sure you know which one is left and right, it makes a difference. Take note to the lengths of the s14 axels when you take them out, then install the j30 axels correctly with out having to figure out why the diff wont line up strait.
