so i needs help!

ok so i was taking off the cluster on my car and it rubbed against something and my electrical shit like radio,blinker,lights inside the car,brake lights wont work.but the car still turns on and my front light turn on.and my cluster doesnt even light up anymore.even my alarm works too.im not too good with electrical shit so can you guys please give me ideas of what might be wrong and how to fix it?

the cluster lights and brake lights should be your headlight switch replace it and that shit should work

as for the radio check your fuse in the fuse box and in the radio

Anytime you are going to do anything electrical disconnect the battery or at least the negative cable. I'm pretty sure you figured that out the hard way now. Check all fuses for shorts you might have missed.

theres a fuse... called " room lamp" i beleive that one will fix alll those things! is a 10.

fail, when a fuse blows, its called an "open circuit". a short would be if a positive feed wire was grounding out before power would get to whatever device its supposed to be powering.

just check the fuses. seems like when you heard "something rub in your electrical system" it was actually something grounding out. when this happens it will draw to much current through that circuit and will cause fuses to blow
