ok guys ive had 3 s13's with sr20's and im building this one for a buddy. Ive seen the motor run in another car just before we pulled it. I did the wiring, it has spark and fuel which leads me to believe that its timing but ive set the timing at least 5 times now setting the motor to TDC and lining up the orange dot with the notch on the CAS and i swapped the ignitor chip from this one to my SR and mine will crank right up so its not the ignitor. It will sometimes ignite like 1 cylinder and ill get a pop like it wants to start but it just keeps cranking... im stumped could it be the CAS? or maybe i need to keep playing with timing.. idk HELP !
 
yoo wutup im the one that picked up the shell from you! I had the same problem over and over again lol. check the fuel lines make sure they are not crossed. if u said it was running before it should not have any internal problems then. maybe the fuel is bad. give me more info on what it does
 
check ur coilpacks are grounded right. check each individual spark plug for spark. start from there. make sure the new shell has clean gas. if it has water or was sitting too long then wont work.
