Notice that not one single nissan made top 16... and the winner is 535, like Ter-Tech Beast...

That's beautiful, but I wonder if the 2nd place driver has the rare E30 330i.... I believe those only came as a special edition in South Africa... out of the factory with a turbocharged 3.3L engine (Same one Harri has, but smaller displacement) :D

Any footage of it on 247?

- Erick

FYI: For those who are going to whine about no Nissans in Top 16, Nissans WERE sold in Europe for those who are ready to bust with that "oh but they dont have Nissans there".

w.e. no nissans no care.... lol

Where's a picture of the mad scientist with the red button when you need it.

I'm not saying anything I just defended myself before someone DID start something. It's obvious that people use their domestics a lot more than imports (such as japanese cars)

As long as people can be mature about it, this thread should be fine.

Give me a break, you guys already got immature about it. BMW people in general are more sensitive than any other car group (except maybe corvette owners). Just look! The first chance you guys get to celebrate "a victory" you're already trying to rub it in Nissan owners faces. Shall I post up D1 and Formula D winnings over the past 3 years and count how many BMW's even made it? No, because that would be dumb just like this is. Placing the merit of the victory on the cars instead of the drivers is f'n stupid either way.

I agree, BMW's are great cars but you could never compare one to a Nissan. Put it like this take your chioce BMW and put it up against a Nismo R tuned GT-R who do you think is going to come out on top??? Maybe an F1 Mclaren but now your talking about a $600,000 car and the Nismo GT-R is a $120,000. As I said before BMW is a great car but till the day I see a BMW take a D1 or FD tittle it won't mean a thing when you say some BMW took a tittle in a drifting event in Germany or wherever that thing took place. Honestly Erick no one said anything untill you decided to ad your 2cents. :D If I had a choice I would take a porshe GT3 or 996 turbo and pound the crap out of any BMW and yes I know its also a German car :D

You know.... the problem with all of the bull**** you just stated is that I could counter it, but it would be an endless bickering that would never get solved. You call us sensitive and ****y, but whenever the word BMW is mentioned on this forum.... 95% of the forum (Nissan drivers) just come bashing down with 10,000 different petty arguments why Nissans are better.

I'm not trying to say this has never happened with BMW owners. I've seen it happen quite often already and I've even been guilty of it in the past. However, you cannot make such statements and still point the finger like Nissan drivers are somehow exempt of this crap.

I PMed Anthony about this matter and explained myself. I will not do so for every single person who keeps adding fuel to the fire.

BULLSH!T??? Did you mean me or Anthony, I truly hope you didn't mean me because I haven't disrespected you in anyway. I just stated my opinion same as you and dori dori. As a matter of fact pm sent.

i like bmw's....i have a nissan....i like cars...and i like erik and his bmw...

acutally i think that porshe guys are the most senstive...

oh and who drifts a disel???

Adam Maciejewski BMW 320i

am i crazy or is this not a disel car... if it is i give him the most props haha...

Nope that's not a diesel car. BMW sells a ton of engine variants in Germany.... the 320i being a 2-liter inline-6.

My two cents? the only reason you don't see BMWs wining Formula D is because not enough people drift them... I think they are great cars and so are Nissans.. and Toyotas and Hondas (s2000 and NSX) etc.. etc... I personally don't care what car wins Formula D etc.. if it wins that's all that matters.

some thing that has already been said but i will reiterate

Its the driver not the car that matters,

I mean come on none of us even come close to topping that dude in purto rico who was drifting that semi truck
