tranny trouble...

i have an s14sr tranny that is off the motor and i put a shifter in it this morning to see if it was good and it would only go into 5th and reverse and wouldnt travel to the left in neutral.. so i unbolted the tranny from the bell housing and now it wont go into any gear i didnt mess with anything i just unbolted it and put the bolts back in... and now im clueless.....WTF
 
should of just left it alone, it was working perfect, mine did the samething untill i put sometrans fuild init, that uselly happens when it just sits for a while with no shifting and fluid init!!!
