Tuning prob?

Ok, heres what i drive a 1996 ka24det with a t28, 370cc sr injectors, z32 maf, walbro fuel pump, aem uego wideband, avcr and aem fic...so this is the prob...i had my car tuned at Japtrix but then my timing chain was messed up and whenever i start up the car it'll die unless i press the gas. So JG autoworks fix the timing chain and the other issue but now whenever i accelerate to 3-4k rpms it'll bog out on me...could it be the tuning? we tried swapping out maf sensor and its not that. could it be the injectors? need a new tune or maybe my BOV?
any help will be awesome

spark plugs? could be fouled. possibly the tuning not getting enough fuel.. i had a problem like that when i tuned my KA-t. i would go into boost and it would just back fire and bog down .. thats just my two sense dont qoute me though i could be wrong but thats just what happened in my situation
