Vacuum actuator

Ok, i finally went over everything i did to my car. I elimnated my EGR and now the car turns on when I step on the gas. Now I eliminated all the vacuum lines from the black thing under the intake filter, all the way from the metal vaccuum lines that are under the intake manifold. So i am still stuck with the car turning off when I step on the gas. I went through the whole engine again and found the problem. There is sometype of actuator between the firewall and the intake manifold. I see that its not opening up when I press on the gas but when I open it up myself and press the gas the car runs perfectly without turning off. How do I make that work? Do I have to reroute that to a vacuum or something. Help please. And thanks for giving me your time to read this.

Wow ok...bump bump......here's a better question for the one's that took of their egr from their ka24de...what did you guys fully elimiante and what ya'll kept for the car to function normal.

that actuator is for the Secondary butterfly valves, there are halfway or w/e closed at low rpms for toqre and at high rpms they open up all the way for high end power, the only way that it would effect you is if they are 100% closed and when you step ont he gas it kills the motor, me i just took that whole actuator thing off and made a braket to keep the valves open all the time, which i should have just taken them out.....remember ANYTHING you disconnect like vacumn lines or w/e to the engine have to be pluged or tiehr routed somplace else if need be, any vacunm after the MAF would lean the motor out and run like crap.

HEY GUYS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Thanx for everything!!!!!!! The car had it's official normal drivig today!!!! and it ran perfectly without a problem!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Back into the GAME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
