hey tommorow i will be purchasing a g5 alarm and i am going to add the proximity sensor to it i wanted ti know is there anything better for about $300 if so lmk and should i add any other sensors to my alarm

I had a Viper alarm system on my old car. The only things included with the system that i had was a shock sensor, which I think comes standard. But it still worked great.

But now, on my FC I don't have an alarm but I've got 2 kill switches. One is easy to find, but if you can find the second switch, you seriously deserve to steal my whip... and the second kill switch is also my anti-flood, for my motor lol

i use to have an 88 vert, i bet i could find your fuel pump kill switch ;)

LMAO  That's how I know you have owned a rotary... Anti-flood = Fuel pump kill switch...

Good luck finding it ;)

where can i get a kill switch installed ???

I installed all of my own kill switches. All you really need is a switch, some wire, some way to connect the wires, wire cutter/stripper/crimper, probably a screw driver or 2, and some electrical/wiring knowledge.

Or you can probably go to any shop that does electrical work and ask if they can do it for you... Try and see if they will connect a switch while they are installing your alarm, they will be under the dash and doing some electrical/wiring work anyway...

lol are there any alarms with kill switches or can i get that seperate ??? if so how much??

Most alarms disable your ignition system when the alarm is triggered anyway. It serves as an anti-theft. Once your car door is opened or the alarm thinks someone is trying to steal your car(when it is triggered...) it kills the ignition system. So they come with their own kill switch. BTW other alarm systems also cut off your fuel system when it is triggered as well.

If you have a good quality alarm system you shouldn't have to add a kill switch. Adding one would just be an extra precaution.

But in the end, it is all up to you, whether you get one or not.

^ so off topic but this dude sig is fucking hilarious jack n. is a douchebag hahahahahah

i have alarm with a few sensors. two tilt sensor circuits (couln't find a component to make it into 1 circuit) made and designed by yours truly and two keys for ignition...1 original key for the car/ol'engine and 1 key with a chip for the engine/ECU (ecu needs chip signal as it controls fuel pump and starter as well) so there; i have the biggest penis! :D

kill switches are for newbs:p lol j/k its a definetly a good place to start if you have no alarm...for the alarm guy: what you're getting is fine sounds good. see if they can wire it to your ignition/ecu/starter/fuelpump w.e, helps tons. good luck
