not much of a stretch expert dude ...but i put 17x9.5's on my hatch and stretched a 215/45 on them...the rears i really didnt have to roll but i did before i bought the wheels...so maybe a minimum on that wheel would be a 225/45 or 40 series...and find someone with a cheetah lol

Your car is skyjacked. You can run any tire equal to or less than the width of your rim you have and get away with it especially since the rim cambers in when it compresses. 10.5 inches = 266mm.

look at any pic of esties car he has a 235/40 (might be a 45 not 100% sure) on a 10.5 its got a pretty good stretch on it but it requires a chettah to mount them and even then its still not easy.

Thanks for the comments guys, i think a 245/40 should allow me to tuck. My coilovers are currently raised, but i would like to drop the rear about 2 inches. I don't think I want a 225 stretched on a 10.5 in rim. I am looking for the widest tire that will give me the clearance i need to go lower. The rim is almost flush with my quarter panel, I am interested in having minimal clearance with out a roll.

well you still need to roll the inner lip if you havent done so or it will cut the tire but you wont need to alter the outer quarter or pull the fender

why not roll your fenders? i dont get what the big deal is. your not going to have good fitment without it end of story.

245, steve with 35 or 40 series....or even a 265/30 in the back is a mild stretch and still steam roller-ish, cuz when i had the 19x10 the 245/40 were nice, the 11.5 were gon be 265/35, or 275/30 both were gonna stretch.... either way anything under a 275 is gonna stretch even mildly, just pay attention to the series...30/35/40 whatever, nothing under 245

but for the 265/275 you gotta roll

No. It's a 10.5 inch rim= 266mm. Anything above 265 is not stretching anything. 265 would sit straight up and down. 275 would start going over the edges.
