White S14 on I4 In orlando

So i was heading back to Tampa from Orlando ( Just picked up my 5 spd swap for my S13 ).

On the way back going down I4 I ran into 3 G35s and a White Kouki S14. Well When i looked over at the S14 Saw a SFLDRIFTER Vinyl Sticker on their drivers window.

Just curious as to who this is?
