Who has a engine hoist I could borrow or rent/buy.

I need an engine hoist to install my engine I'd be willing to pay if needed to borrow it. I would buy one but right now I want to use the last of my money to pre-reg for the ter-tech event. I need this A.S.A.P if anyone could help me ou my cell number is: 786-290-6105.

You can get an engine hoist from them. Call for pricing but from what i've been told they aren't that expensive... If you can't find some one to lend/rent one to you then call Harbor Freight. Ask for a price. Hopefuly they can help you out.
 
I've tried to go to these tool rental places and they usually don't approve me. For certain reasons :rolleyes:

And damn that address is near Homestead.

Anyways I bought an engine hoist at Pep-Boys today so f*** it.
But I couldn't get it all on I was working on it alone and it was a biotch lining up the engine/tranny while also lowering and raising them. SO I guess I'm gonna have to miss this event again.
 
No stock replacement I wanted to drive for this event but things don't look to good. But hey I'm saving and your the first guy I'm calling for the engine ;)
 
I should have gotten this post before cuz I am a manager at pep boys I can could have given you the 2 ton engine hoist for a 100 bucks.......I work at the one on 57 ave and the palmetto (826)....Sorry man....But what ever else you need just hit me up at the store I usually work ever day and close everyday since im the closing manager........best way to see if im there just look for my 240sx which is in the process of being spoiled......to dismantle.....
