windshield wipers problem

Single cam
orignal everything


When the key is in the ignition and I turn the car on, the wipers wipes 2x then when I start the car it wipes another 2x. The clock in the cluster light stays on all the time as well. What should I check?
 
Nope.. I'm thinking maybe its the wiring from the radio, maybe ill just rewire that. Cause the radio stays on even when car is off.
 
mine does it sometimes randomly its a short somehwere but it only does it when i start it so im not worried about it
